About LangKey

LangKey is a website dedicated to providing temporary email services to users. It allows users to quickly generate anonymous email addresses for receiving emails. These temporary addresses are very useful when registering websites, filling out forms, or verifying accounts, effectively protecting users' real email addresses from spam and preventing privacy leaks.

These Terms of Service (referred to as "Terms", "Service Terms") govern your use of https://langkey.win website, and langkey plugin.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method in any purchase; (ii) the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.

We may engage third-party services to facilitate payment and complete purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide that information to these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: product or service availability, product or service description or price errors, your order errors, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.

Fee Changes

LangKey may modify the fees for the Premium version at its sole discretion at any time. The new fees after modification will not affect existing users who have already purchased the service.

Refunds

You have a 3-day cooling-off period. This means that if you change your mind within 3 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund. If you change your mind after 3 days, we will not provide a refund.

Data Analysis

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the collected data to track and monitor the use of our service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize ads in its own advertising network.

Account

When you create an account with us, you must ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and prohibit your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, and without liability.

If you wish to terminate your own account, simply stop using the service.

Those provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to be effective, including but not limited to ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitation of liability.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to revoke or modify this service, and any service or materials provided through the service, at our sole discretion without prior notice. We shall not be liable if any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may from time to time restrict users (including registered users) from accessing certain parts or all of the service.

Term Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to those changes. You should check this page frequently to understand any binding changes.
